FREE SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS; with following exceptions
DELIVERY TO POSTCODES IM / HS / ZE / BT / KW / IV / AB / KA / GY / JE / TR / FK / PA / PH / PO ARE CHARGED AT £2.80 EXTRA PER PARCEL
We will normally dispatch your order within two working day (ie excludes Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays) of receiving it.
For UK mainland delivery we use a three to five day carrier. For off shore or Northern Scotland deliveries allow an extra two days for delivery.
If you specifically ask for your order to be left if you are out, or to be left with a third party, ie a neighbour. In this case you agree that we or our delivery agent will not be held liable for any loss, damage, or delay arising howsoever from such delivery of said items.
Should we be unable to deliver your order within our published times we will contact you to advise you of this. If the revised time scale is unacceptable to you, you will of course receive a full refund if we have already processed your order.
